Plus, you can stream on up to three separate mobile screens when you’re on the go all for just 9.99/month. With the Unlimited Screens Add-on, you’ll gain the ability to watch on an unlimited number of screens at home. During that standoff, word had it that NBCU wanted YouTube to bundle Peacock with YouTube TV while raising the price of the service by $10 a month. Unlimited Screens: Say goodbye to family bonding and awkward small talk on the subway.
That being said, a YouTube TV subscription doesn’t give you access to a sizeable on. But Hulu + Live TV is the winner, with a surprising amount of popular entertainment, sports, and local channels at an attractive price. Sling TV gives you streaming on the cheap and it’s worth a look for the kids and sports add-on packages. With this, you get more than 75 live channels and access to on-demand content.
It’s biggest selling points is that it offers 85+ channels, unlimited DVR and NFL, NBA and MLB for the same 64.99 price as Hulu + Live TV. Sling TV and Hulu + Live TV are two of the biggest live streaming TV services. The basic Hulu + Live TV package costs 69.99 a month, including content from Disney Plus and ESPN Plus. The newly bundled Hulu + Live TV/Disney+/ESPN+ package also brings to mind the recent NBC/Universal/YouTube TV brouhaha. YouTube TV is an internet streaming service for live TV and is a direct competitor for Hulu + Live TV. That price increase saw the ad-supported version of Hulu increase to $6.99 a month, while Hulu without ads went up to $12.99 a month. The move comes on the heels of a $1-a-month price hike for on-demand, non-live TV Hulu back in October.
Of course, there already is a “Disney Bundle” that bundles Hulu + Live TV with Disney+ and Hulu+, for $72.99 a month (for the standard Hulu+ Live TV) and $78.99 a month (for the ad-free version of Hulu + Live TV), so the newly announced bundle will represent a $3/month price drop. Meanwhile, subscribers of Hulu (No Ads) + Live TV will see their monthly rates increase from $70.99 to $75.99, and they too will get Disney+ and Hulu+ bundled with their plans.
